Wedding catering: Zest! has earned a Bride's Choice award from Wedding Wire.com two years running.  We are fully licensed and insured and can work at any of the major Sarasota venues.  In addition we have a number of alternative venues (including beach sites) that we can recommend.

Zest! is Sarasota's original Green Caterer.  We are a Sarasota County Green Business Partner.  Our commitment to the environment goes back to the 1970s, when owner John Arico began recycling, composting and growing organically on his property in Vermont.  Currently we recycle all possible waste, composte organic matter for our garden, source as much as we can locally, and do not use any products that are not from sustainable sources.

Our Storefront and Cafe

Our Cafe is available for meetings, luncheons or dinner parties of up to twenty guests. The Cafe features natural cypress paneling from a tree that Hurricane Charly knocked down in John & Nina's backyard, and artwork by local artist Ana Demertzis.
